From a young age, I have always had a passion for cooking. I was in the kitchen with my grandmother from the very start. Growing up, she taught me everything I needed to know about cooking. She wanted me to be able to cook for myself and my family. After running multiple restaurants in Germany, she had a lot of knowledge to pass down. Many of my early memories are of cooking and enjoying great food with my family.
As I grew up, I started to realize my passion for cooking was more than just a way to put food on our own table. I desired to share my cooking with others. That is why I hosted my first Plant Jubilation Pop-Up Dinner in the summer of 2018. This Pop-Up dinner was fully plant based. I strived to make my dishes satisfying to someone who eats the standard American diet without using any meat substitutes. I wanted to show how vibrant and delicious food can be even without utilizing animal products or many that resemble them. Below I have attached a few photos from my previous pop-up dinner.
